Appointment of receiver for Beximco Pharma: SC stays part of HC order

The receiver appointed by Bangladesh Bank can function for other organisations of Beximco Group except for Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited following the SC order, says writ petitioner Barrister Masood R Sobhan.
